Privacy Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Benginur Hajjaj – Denizluma ("Denizluma"), as data controller, processes your personal data as described below. The Turkish version is the binding text.

What we process

• What you send us on WhatsApp: phone number, name (optional), order contents, delivery address and messages.
• Bank transfer records (we do not collect card data).
• Anonymous site statistics: pages and products viewed, approximate city/country, traffic source. These do not identify you and are not used for advertising.

Why and on what legal basis

• To create, confirm, deliver and handle returns of your order (performance of a contract).
• Invoicing and legal record-keeping (legal obligation).
• Site security and improvement (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

• The courier (DHL), only what is needed for delivery.
• Public authorities where legally required.
• Messages run on WhatsApp (Meta); the website and database (Vercel, Supabase) are hosted on servers abroad, in line with KVKK Art. 9.

Retention

• Order and invoice records are kept for the legal periods (up to 10 years), then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damage.
• Write to info@denizluma.com; we reply within 30 days.
